Tricare Prime

NOTE January 2025: Due to ongoing issues during the management transition for Tricare, we are not initiating services with any new Tricare Patients at this time.

We are in-network providers with Tricare. We are able to treat Tricare Prime patients with no co-pay.

Speech Therapy through Tricare Prime does require a PCM referral and prior authorization. We will need a new referral every 12 months.

We will complete billing for all patients and families.

Kaiser Permanente Hawaii Patients

We are in-network with all Kaiser plans. including Quest. We will complete all billing on behalf of our patients and families, and patients/parents will only be responsible for co-pays/deductibles based on their plan rates.

If you have health insurance through Kaiser Permanente and would like Central Oahu Speech to be your Speech Therapy Provider, please request your referral and authorization to be transferred and faxed to Central Oahu Speech, fax number: 855-221-4467.

All Other Patients

We are not in-network or participating providers with any other insurance companies on island. At this time we no longer offer private pay options.
