Please have referrals for skilled speech therapy evaluation and treatment faxed directly to us at 855-221-4467. We are also happy to provide referral forms for our Tricare Select clients whose doctors may not work within the authorization network.
Central Oahu Speech has started a waitlist for therapy as of October 2022. If you would like to join the waitlist, it goes on a referral-received-basis. Please feel free to email or call with any questions.
